So I took Lagniappe into Harpers Ferry for a bit today. We sat around John Brown's Fort and read for a while, chatting with several of the tourists who walked in, and then we went and threw the ball for a bit. His fetching is really coming along in that he's actually starting to bring me the ball back after all these years. Heck, maybe someday he'll even start giving it to me. Who knows?
But we went by the Swiss Miss shop again so that Lagniappe could see his best pal Sharon. (She gives him ice cream cones.) And I guess that he decided that he needed to chill for a bit because he jammed his head into their cooler and started eating up all the ice.
Real cool, Lagniappe! I can't take you anywhere, can I?
