Illegal Alien Bond fund... Are they serious?!

So people sneak into our country illegally. Many use stolen ID's--stolen from Americans like you and me--to apply for jobs. (And rent apartments, apply for credit, take out loans, etc...)

Sometimes Immigration Agents raid their worksites and haul them off pending deportation hearings. Since everyone knows that illegals who disobeyed our immigration laws and committed identity theft and other crimes aren't exactly the ones most likely to show up for court if released, they get held pursuant to a cash bond.

Then a tool named Bob Hildreth comes along and pays it.

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Illegal immigrants arrested in workplace raids can now access a fund to help them post bond.

The National Immigrant Bond Fund launched its national debut and fundraising campaign on Monday. Founder Bob Hildreth said Monday the goal is to raise $500,000.

Through the fund, illegal immigrants arrested in raids who do not have any outstanding criminal violations can apply for financial assistance. Churches, legal organizations or community groups help facilitate their requests. The fund provides half the bail money and immigrants must pony up the rest.

The fund has already been tapped into following a few raids, including one in Annapolis on June 30.

The fund was formalized three months ago. Hildreth says it's helped bail out about 100 people so far, and all of those cases are pending.

So there are now a hundred illegal aliens back on our streets thanks to Hildreth. I wonder how many have already skipped their court dates? All I'm seeing is 100 more fugitives out there thanks to this one guy.

I hope that the courts at least order the bonds forfeit. The only thing that's going to stop asinine programs like this is when they use all their money to bail out illegals who then abscond. But only if the court doesn't give a wink and return the money that Hildreth posts.

Of course we all know that if an American citizen was awaiting trial and they appeared to be a flight risk, they wouldn't get bond, or it'd be an astronomical one if they did. But illegals with a history of evasion and ducking our authorities? Well THEY can have bond. They're different. And Hildreth will even step in to ensure that they can afford it.

And Hildreth knows that they're all going to run, yet he still posts a bond with the court and pretends that they'll actually be back. We should do this like the Romans did with bond and Hildreth and his lesser supporters should be required to take the place of the illegals in court if and when the illegals they vouched for don't show up. And they should lose their citizenship and be deported in place of the illegals that they smugly set free. America doesn't even have to worry about foreign aggressors any more. We've got people like Bob Hildreth destroying our country from within.
