Well at least Six is happy
Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;
The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light,
And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout;
But there is no joy in Mudville — THE EFFIN' TIGERS HAVE BOMBED OUT.

As a lifelog Tigers fan, I take comfort in this fact: Once again, the Yankees did not win. When the Yankees lose, all of baseball wins.
ReplyDeleteThe thing that bothers me most is our great, triple-crown winning, most feared hitter in baseball, strikes out looking on a slider he know was coming, and where it was going to be. It wasn't even a knee-buckling curve.
