Third try is the charm?

In Evanston, Illinois, a man was sturck by a train and critically injured last Sunday night.

Normally this would not be noteworthy, except for the fact that it's the second time that this man has been hit by a train at that location, per police.

He's either awfully careless--and lucky--or such a loser that he can't even get the suicide thing down right.
