So I get an e-mail today from Bob over at Drawn Cutlass. He sends me this great video of a German Shepherd's reaction to the sound of wolves howling outside.
Now when I play it at the Lair, I get Murphy running into my office and joining in to create a perfect canine three-part harmony. And then he gets miffed when the video ends and he can't find any of those other dogs.
Thanks Bob. The amusement factor is high from this one.
Glad you both enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteI played it for my cats. They were smart enough to know it came from the Kindle box in my hand. Smirk. Who says cats and liberals are dumb
ReplyDelete@ Katherine: I've never said that cats were dumb.
ReplyDeleteI should have said. Or. Some liberals are not dumb. Just hopeful people are really not that bad
ReplyDelete@ ML- LOL!
ReplyDeleteROTFLMAO, LOVE the reaction from Murphy!!!
ReplyDeleteApparently it works on Labs as well. Angus just jumped up and started barking at the front door.
ReplyDeleteI should only learn to not play things like this when my wife is asleep. My German Shepherd had something to say about this. Oh well, she's a good girl, anyway.
ReplyDeleteYou just had two curious beagles, as well. No attempts made to join in (that's reserved for concerts with passing firetrucks, ambulances, and police cars), though. But they were definitely interested!
ReplyDeleteLove how he twists his head to locate the sound.
ReplyDeleteSend my apologies to Murphy. Chloe was not impressed by his singing voice. However she does occasionally bark along with baying hounds in TV programs. Oh and then there was that rooster in the NyQuill commercial a few years ago - that really got her attention.
The Rotty just grumbles and growls. The Spaniel tries to out howl the others. She's a natural born competitor!
