"Glad to see you back home, Boss. I guarded the stove while you was gone. Oh--and thanks for leaving that box of granola bars on the counter...All twelve were delicious!"
Yeah, had a similar experience yesterday. Sascha our German shepherd puppy, ate the remaining dunkin donuts. We had her crated but one of the kids didn't lock the crate.
Twelve granola bars? At least he'll be regular for awhile.
ReplyDeleteSorry but YOU left them there and after what you have been saying about if its up for the taking Murphy will take it.
ReplyDeleteHealthy Pillaging!
ReplyDelete@ ajdshootist: But...they were MINE!
ReplyDeleteAnd they were in their wrappers in an unopened box.
Yep, DEFINITELY gonna be regular... :-)
ReplyDeleteAny shiny poop today, or did he spit out the wrappers?
ReplyDeleteHe takes and he gives. He took twelve granola bars... and he's fixin' to give you something that you'll smell but not be able to find right away.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
@ Mrs S: He's real good at tearing the wrappers off the bard and leaving them scattered in front of his dog bed.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he doesn't eat his loot just anywhere...he takes it all back to his dog bed to enjoy it at his leisure.
I'm sorry brother but just the thought gives me the giggles. Murphy is THE consummate food thief!!
ReplyDeleteMurphy strikes again
