I had minor leg surgery today so I'm not up to posting anything original, but this picture courtesy of Katherine definitely reflects the K9 compliment to the Christmas season.
@ Keads: After having a leg taken off, it's all minor after that. This was just a tune-up though. Cyst under the prosthetic. I'll just be on crutches for a month or two until it heals.
Forget the crutches. Harness your two proto-moose to a cart or wagon for a while. Use them to drag you around. Payback for all the stuff they've destroyed, and the stuff they haven't yet destroyed. Oh, and I'm guessing rudder pedals will be off-limit till you get better. So get better soon, and holler if you need anything!
Umm, nothing is a MINOR surgery. How are ya?

ReplyDeleteHope you are better soon. Getting groceries on crutches in snow is, well, yucky to say the least. That said . . . Let me know
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the surgery!
ReplyDelete(and Belle looks smarter than THAT!)

Crutches + Snow= No Bueno!
ReplyDeleteHey, but at least you've got a good start on a dog sled team, so you got that goin for ya'
Hang in there, we'll keep you in our prayers.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Now, if you could just teach Belle and Murphy to wait on you.
ReplyDeleteOuch, hope you heal quickly, and be careful, this really ISN'T the time of year for crutches...
ReplyDeleteYou get well soon. I will say a prayer or two for you.
