Happy birthday to Spud! We start training them at 14 in Arkansas and turn them loose on the world, solo, at 16. Grandson #1 turns 15 next month and has proven to be a pretty good designated driver.
I don't know if dashcams are standard equipment in Russia, but they're ubiquitous. A combination of terrible drivers and astonishingly corrupt police make them almost mandatory for honest drivers.
Russian vehicles must have dashcams as standard equipment.
