How do you say "Hypocrisy" in spanish?

I was just perusing this story about Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, A U.S. Marine who inadvertently crossed into Mexico with three of his registered firearms. He was immediately imprisoned and has been held for over two months before even being allowed to see a judge.

One sidebit to the story caught my attention:

Philip Holloway, former U.S. Navy JAG and current criminal defense attorney told Foxnews.com arrests like Tahmooressi happen frequently in San Diego and in Texas, where active-duty service members cross the border without knowing they are actually in Mexico...

Holloway says on a recent trip to Mexico, he was told about the difficulties Americans can face dealing with the country’s law enforcement.

“We were told that if we found ourselves inside a Mexican jail that we might be there for a very long time,” Holloway said. “Mexico tends to want to remind the United States that it is a sovereign entity and it’s very willing to enforce its own laws.”

Uh, isn't this the same country that protests every time we try to enforce our laws in regards to their citizens here illegally?

  1. Yep. And worse. Expats can live well there on a merger income but will never have any rights or privileges. Unless they are very, very wealthy.
