September 1th is her birthday. I won't say how old she is, but when she was born, America had two fewer states than we do today, our Constitution has six fewer Amendments, (and I suspect that the Bible was a couple of chapters shorter too).
Here she is hamming it up last Christmas, showing off the new camera she got (which she still has not used to send me so much as a single picture...)
Anyway, Happy Birthday Ma. I'd have had a cake for you here but the Fire Marshal said that it was too dry up in these woods for all those candles!
