Back home

Well the dog and I just made the trip back. Eight and a half hours on the road--not a bad time for 500 miles. The only aggravating part was being tailgated on the Ohio Turnpike for a considerable distance by a white flatbed F650 car hauler owned by Lucky Transport out of Holland, Ohio. The truck had an Ohio tag # PEG 8717 and it was being driven by a dark-haired white male with a cell phone apparently glued to the side of his head. This jack-ass ran so close to my back bumper that I usually couldn't even see his front bumper. And the few times that he was not drafting my van at 75mph, he was riding behind other cars just as closely. I kid you not--this retard was driving that large truck within 20 feet of other vehicles, mine included. And he wouldn't back off or just go around. He did this from a bit east of Toledo until I finally got off at a service plaza, but it was constant for about twenty miles. I don't know what supervisor gave this fool a truck to drive on the highway but I wouldn't trust him to pull a kid's little red wagon on a public sidewalk. Heck, the sleazy lawyer in me was sorely tempted to smack my brakes and let him hit me so I could go against his insurance company for neck and back injuries, but alas, I'm too ethical these days, plus it was my new van.

Hopefully saomeone connected to Lucky Transport in Holland, Ohio will read this and a supervisor will give a deserving idiot a well-deserved kick in the ass.
