The immigration debacle continues

Well the fight continues, and the Bush/Kennedy/McCain/Kyl "Sell out America" immigration bill's getting nothing but worse. Recent changes have dropped the requirement that illegals who want amnesty and citizenship no longer have to pay back taxes or pay the $3,000 application fee up front--they get eight years to pay it after getting their Z Visas. And another provision of the bill now allows US taxpayer-billing legal aid lawyers to handle their immigration matters. That's right--you and I get to pay the legal bills when Paco Taco and his twenty million co-criminals decide to file for citizenship. And illegals who have already had their day in court in immigration hearings then fled after being ordered deported...they also get a crack at the new Z-Visa and their deportation orders get suspended. Oh--and even gang members will be able to get the amnesty just by signing a simple form renouncing their gang affiliation. Yeah, ok... Basically Congress is trying to give the store away to the illegals and the Mexican government, meanwhile foreigners with skills and assets that will be of actual value to this country--doctors, scientists, engineers, businessmen, etc.--they still have to wait years and years in their own country for even a chance at a coveted and limited H-1 Visa. That's right--we're keeping out the people who are the most desirable and most likely to benefit America at the same time that we're telling twenty million unskilled lawbreakers and welfare seekers that it's cool to just sneak past our Border Patrol Agents and steal Americans' identification documents in order to undercut real Americans in the job market. This is truly a crime of the first order.

I mean, if America really wants to bring in hordes of immigrants, how about at least bringing in some hot Russian women who desire the American dream? I mean, given a choice, I'd much rather have the immigrant on the left than the scumbag criminals on the right.















I mean, what with about a third of American women officially rated as obese as of 2006, bringing in a bunch of athletic and toned Russian women who are presumably eager to please American men makes a lot more sense than catering to a bunch of guys who just fill our schools with their kids and drive on our roads without licenses or insurance.
