Vigilante Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) is back in action again, because the bad guys just won't stop victimizing his family. In this scene, he probably has the best line of the entire Death Wish franchise.
That reminds me of Denzel Washington's line in Man on Fire when told by the old man that vengence belongs to God. Denzel says: "Yes, but it's my job to arrange the meeting."
