My mutt got zapped by a skunk (this morning. She's evicted from ALL bedrooms until further notice.
BTW, we used a hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and shampoo mixture. Worked not bad but NOTHING gets that smell out. If anybody has suggestions (she's red enough, no need for tomato juice), I'm listening.
He'll get over it with a new chew toy to play with... :-)

You can use Dawn instead of shampoo as it breaks down the oils in the spray. Lather, rinse and repeat several times.
