Fake muslim convict causes a stir in Boulder, Colorado.

Maria Hardman, 19 years old, was sentenced to two days in the Boulder Jail and slated to serve those two days this past week-end. However, upon arriving at the jail, she appeared wearing a hijab, or muslim headscarf, and refused to take it off for the booking photo. She claims to have converted to islam three years ago when she was 16 years old, and is now holding herself out as some sort of victim and also a crusader on behalf of muslims everywhere. In her own video, which she's posted to Youtube, she speaks of how she's reached out to both the ACLU and CAIR, the Washington, DC-based lobbying organization/terrorist front-group, requesting their help. And like so many other privileged and sheltered little Boulderites, she claims that the problem here is a "lack of education" on the part of everyone else around her. She's so worldly at 19, and all of the adults with actual life experience are ignorant, at least in her view.

Well maybe the ACLU and CAIR can help her explain how she can really be a devout muslim when she engages in the activities that she boasted about on her public Facebook page (which she's now taken down and changed). On facebook, this "devout muslim" (and underage teenager) describes her favorite activities as:
"Activities: Running, Traveling, Hiking, Scootering, Reading, Cooking, Skiing, Horseback Riding, Hookahing, Partying and Lovin', Camping, Drinking, and 1 more"

"Interests: Traveling, Partying, Ummm See Above"
The page was also filled with gratuitous, casual profanity and self-authored references to "crazy/awesome nights" and partying. At one point, she even listed her status as: "permadrinkin ;)" with a self-reply of "Supposed to say 'permadrunkin'".

She sure sounds like a devout muslim to me...what do you think?

Oh--and the crime for which she was sentenced to the jail...Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Predictably, she has a defense to this one as well. She claims that she was given alcohol without her knowledge when, at a party, she sipped a glass of punch from a bowl that she did not know was spiked. Of course her credibility was further demolished by her BAC, which was 0.19, or over twice the legal limit of 0.08. To reach such a limit, she would have had to have consumed the equivalent of at least 10 shots, bottles of beer, or glasses of wine. That's not something that you can get from one cup of punch. But she's playing that down now, too. She laughingly tells everyone in her "feel sorry for me" video that she was sentenced to jail for "a bunch of traffic violations." She can't even be honest about her DWI when it's a matter of public knowledge.

Now the muslim community is trying to decide how to handle this hand grenade. Thanks to little Maria publicizing her little affair, they now have to rush in and defend a female who claims to observe their religion yet drinks, operates motor vehicles, and casually associates with non-family-member males.

Meanwhile, Maria has to go back before the judge to explain her non-cooperation. Here's hoping that the judge increases her sentence and gives her more time in jail just for being a self-absorbed drama queen and twit. In a perfect world, her over-indulgent parents would be forced to join her on the work crew for letting her get so screwed up.

When thugs attack--one officer stands tall in the face of sixty cowards.

So once again, we have another law enforcement officer who is attacked and threatened with death by a crowd of lawless scumbags and gang-bangers, this time in Modesto, California.
A Modesto police officer had to pull his gun to keep a hostile crowd at bay early Sunday.

The officer sustained minor injuries in the southwest Modesto incident, said police spokesman Sgt. Brian Findlen. Police are not releasing the officer's name. The officer's dog was assaulted but not seriously injured, Findlen said. Police arrested several suspects in connection with the incident. A loaded assault rifle was found later at the scene of the struggle, which unfolded about 2 a.m.

Findlen said the officer pulled his gun only after other deterrents, including his police dog, failed to keep the crowd under control. "In a situation where you really feel that your life is in imminent danger, your options become very few," Findlen said.

Some members of the crowd told the officer that "he was not going to leave the scene alive," according to police.

The crowd of as many as 60 people included some known gang members, Findlen said. Police believe the group was gathered for a party in the 1700 block of Pelton Avenue. The officer happened upon the group when he was responding to another call in the area.

The officer saw several people assaulting one man, Findlen said. As the officer tried to break up the fight, the crowd's attention shifted from the assault victim to the officer. The crowd surrounded the officer. The officer sent his dog into the crowd in an attempt to stop the group.

The dog apprehended one suspect, who police later identified as 18-year-old Alfredo Espinoza of Modesto. As the officer tried to arrest Espinoza, the crowd pulled Espinoza away from the officer.

According to police, some in the crowd then challenged the officer to a fight. One suspect attacked the officer, police said.

The officer's two-way radio was broken during the struggle. The officer then used his gun to hold off the crowd as he tried to tell neighbors to call 911. Someone in the crowd had a police scanner, Findlen said, and told the rest of the crowd that other officers weren't responding to the scene. It was then that the officer was told he wouldn't be leaving the scene alive, according to police.

Backup units responded after calls from other residents.

Other officers responding to the scene stopped a vehicle and found Espinoza inside, Findlen said. The driver, 20-year-old Modesto resident Andrew Mitchell, and the passenger, 19-year-old Modesto resident Matthew Reyes, were arrested on suspicion of resisting and delaying a police officer, assaulting a police dog, and "lynching." Lynching is a law enforcement term that means forcibly removing a suspect -- in this case, Espinoza -- from police custody. Two police scanners were found in the vehicle.

Two other suspects were arrested at the scene of the struggle. William Rodriguez, 29, of Modesto was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, false imprisonment of a police officer and lynching. Junior Suarez, 19, of Modesto was arrested on suspicion of resisting and delaying a police officer and lynching.

During a follow-up investigation later Sunday morning, police said, officers found a loaded, banned assault rifle that police believe was used at the scene of the party. Gabriel Avila, 21, of Modesto was arrested on suspicion of possessing an assault rifle.

Detectives are continuing their investigation. Anyone with information is asked to called the Modesto Police Department at 572-9500 or Crime Stoppers at 521-4636. Tipsters also can text information to 274637. Type "TIP704" with your message.
The article doesn't mention the fact that Modesto is home to a large number of illegal aliens, and it's on us to wonder how many in that crowd of gang members were here illegally with the full blessing of California's sanctuary policies and Nancy "Illegal Aliens are Patriotic" Pelosi.

But legal or not, there's no way that a bunch of savages should ever feel brave enough to attack and threaten a police officer in this country, particularly when that officer is simply doing the job that he was tasked with doing. This officer stopped to break up a fight and assist a citizen who was under attack, and his thanks is an all-out assault on him by five dozen mutts who obviously felt as if they were the law in that neighborhood.

Well at least it ended somewhat ok, with a few of the thugs in custody and the good guy and his dog going home safe, but that neighborhood needs to be seriously tuned up, and I hope that the police department gets some balls and goes in there full force to clean up it's backlog of outstanding warrants, and that includes the thousands of local immigration violators who have refused to leave our country after being ordered out by an immigration judge. You fools want to act like animals? Fine--we'll cull the herd and deport or imprison you, your friends and your relatives, and we'll hammer you like a gong until you get the message and learn to show the proper respect to the laws and law officers of this country.

This sort of thing is bullshit, and while it's sadly common now, it didn't happen on a daily basis before the Liberals took over and changed the focus from criminal control to police control. The American Snivel Liberties Union whines about police brutality, but back when police were allowed to kick a few asses and "hold court in the alley", the thug culture understood it's place and didn't feel brave enough to run wild like they now do. Thanks for nothing, ACLU.

Oh--and note the latest example of the trend of gang members to carry police scanners and use them to monitor law-enforcement response to crime scenes. That's almost routine now and it represents more danger to the police officers and the citizen victims of these criminals. This is why I support laws that criminalize the use of scanners in the commission of crime or their possession by known criminals, just like I support laws that ban the use or possession of body armor by criminal offenders. The whiny-baby police-haters may cry, but I support any law that makes our police and our law-abiding citizens safer, and if it makes those who chose a life of crime less safe, well that's just too damned bad.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio 8, Illegal Aliens and ACLU 0

This story really began a couple of months ago when Pruitt's Furniture in Phoenix, Arizona hired off-duty sheriff's deputies to keep day laborers--most of whom were suspected illegal aliens--off it's property. The day laborers were doing what day laborers always seem to do--drinking and urinating in public, using profanity towards passers-by, and otherwise scaring off the store's actual customers. So the store sought help and got it. Off-duty deputies chased the day laborers off and on-duty deputies managed to arrest 24 illegal aliens for traffic and other offenses near the store.
Good for Sheriff Arpaio!
So what happens whenever American values and law and order start to win? The ACLU crawls out from under a rock. And this time that communist party front group helped a few illegal-alien advocacy groups set up protests in front of the store, a move designed solely to further harm the store's business. And every Saturday for the past six weeks, they've gathered at Pruitt's Furniture to try to shut the store down.
Well Sheriff Arpaio doesn't play, nor does he sit back while hostile groups comprised of people who aren't even supposed to be in our country do their best to shut an American-owned business down. This past week-end, he arrested eight of the protesters on suspicion of being in our country illegally.

"I thought it was time to do something more about it," Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. "The Pruitt's situation is getting out of hand. They are demonstrating every week and destroying this business. I don't think that's fair."

His deputies have also arrested ACLU legal director Daniel Pochoda for trespassing after Pochoda reportedly refused to move his car off from Pruitt's Furniture's property. (Another example of how the ACLU only supports some rights for some people.) Ideally, all of the arrested illegals will be deported and in a perfect world, Pochoda would be deported along with them.

I support Sheriff Joe and I'm sure that many of you do too. Spread this news around and let's hope that other municipalities start following suit.

ACLU Perv gets 7 years!

Charles Rust-Tierney, scum-bag lawyer and former head of the ACLU in Virginia was sentenced to seven years in prison for downloading child porn including videos depicting the sexual torture of children, according to this Washington Post report.

And what's worse is that this sicko actually downloaded the stuff on his 11 year old son's computer and viewed it all in the child's bedroom. Per court testimony, some of these files that Tierney bought and watched showed girls under the age of 12 being forced to engage in sexual acts with adult males. Others showed children who were hung from the wrists. And what's really pathetic is that he still had "several dozen supporters" in court. Who the HELL supports people like this anyway?

Oh yeah--the ACLU and the liberals who comprise it's (thankfully) small membership.

I think it's obvious why the ACLU has always fought for the rights of pornographers and pedophiles...it's because pornographers and pedophiles like Tierney run the ACLU!

Finally--a good idea comes out of California

CBS News affiliate KFMB reports that Orange County, California law enforcement agencies and the federal government are now working together on a program to deport illegal immigrants serving time in U.S. jails. This could mean that as many as 11,000 illegal aliens could be handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation.

Now that makes all the sense in the world. No illegal alien belongs in this country, but there is absolutely no excuse for the ones who are known criminals to be allowed to remain here. It's bad enough that they break our laws when they sneak into our country but the ones that go further and engage in ongoing criminal activity against the rest of us need to be tossed back over that border fence immediately upon completion of their sentences, ideally with a tattoo or microchip to identify them should they ever violate our nation's borders again.

Of course the advocacy groups for the illegals claim that this the program contributes to the targeting and racial profiling of all persons who appear to be "illegal." However the government responds that is not true because they are checking the immigration status of all inmates, not just those that appear "illegal."

Can't argue with that, can you, ACLU?

Every state should participate in this program, as even the people who think that illegal aliens who just want access to our jobs, schools and health care should be allowed to stay can't seriously object to deporting known convicted criminals back to their rightful countries.

Another American municipality takes a stand

Hooray! According to today's Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Cherokee COunty, Georgia just passed a series of ordinances making English the official language, banning landlords from renting to illegal aliens, and checking immigration status of anyone applying for public benefits. Cherokee County joins Escondido, California and Hazelton, Pennsylvania in this effort to restrict government services and other benefits to those who are citizens or are legally entitled to be in this country. Such policies are on the rise nationally as local governments grow tired of the costs and crimes associated with illegal aliens.

Sadly, all three are now being threatened with costly lawsuits by the UnAmerican Civil Liberties Union, (ACLU or UACLU, as you choose.) The ACLU's stated goal is to force these governments to pay so much in legal fees that they drop the ordinances and let the illegals stay and apply for welfare and taxpayer-subsidized housing. However Escondido and Hazleton have now set up defense funds where concerned citizens can send donations to help them fight this fight. I encourage everyone to do as I've done and send them a check, even if only for ten or twenty dollars.

To help, send a check or money order to:

City of Hazleton Legal Defense Fund,
c/o Mayor Lou Barletta, City Hall,
40 N. Church St.,
Hazleton, PA 18201.

and:

Ordinance Defense Fund
City of Escondido
201 North Broadway
Escondido, CA 92025

If and when Cherokee County establishes a defense fund, I'll post that here as well. The ACLU might be able to defeat a few local governments with all of their money but they can't defeat all of us decent citizens.

Another reason why I will never support the ACLU

The American Snivel Liberties Union has taken a break from attacking nativity scenes for a few days (at least in Rhode Island) and they are now going after the state police there on behalf of 14 illegal aliens who were apprehended and now face deportation.

The story can be found here or you can just read on...

ACLU sues State Police over videotape of traffic stop

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The American Civil Liberties Union has sued the State Police seeking the release of a videotape that shows a traffic stop involving illegal immigrants.

The videotape shows the first five minutes of a 70-minute stop on Interstate 95 in July by a trooper who pulled over a van with 14 Guatemalan immigrants after the driver failed to use a turn signal.

Trooper Thomas Chabot detained the 14 people and brought them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters in Providence, where they now face deportation. An internal investigation reported that Chabot acted appropriately.

The ACLU and civil-rights organizations raised concerns of racial profiling, and pushed for release of the videotape and copies of the department's policies governing enforcement procedures.

State Police refused to release a copy of the tape to the ACLU and The Providence Journal, the newspaper reported Saturday.

The ACLU, in a statement, said there are questions, including "why the trooper, who was on speed radar patrol, chose to leave his post to pull over the driver of this particular vehicle, whose only infraction was failing to use a turn signal, not speeding."

These asshats just won't stop fighting against the rest of America, will they? How anyone (other than parasitical trial lawyers) could in good faith give money to the ACLU is beyond me.
